TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to secure one-time, deep clean, and move-out bookings. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Recurring services require card details at booking.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance for one-time services is processed on the day of service. Recurring services are charged after each visit.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Scope of Work
Services are delivered according to the confirmed scope prior to booking. Additional requests may incur additional charges.
6. Satisfaction Policy
If concerns arise, notify us within 24 hours. Where appropriate, we will arrange a re-visit. Refunds are not provided once a service is completed.
7. Liability
We are fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
